非酒精性脂肪肝患者的心血管病危险因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是指发生在无酒精嗜好人群的肝内脂肪蓄积,系由肝细胞脂肪变性进展为炎症、纤维化的一组疾病。目前,有关NAFLD与2型糖尿病(T2DM)、代谢综合征(MS)的关系已基本阐明,且有研究认为NAFLD是心血管疾病的独立危险因素。本文就NAFLD患者的心血管疾病危险因素论述如下。1
