摘要
为了防止灾害磁暴发生时造成对电网的破坏,基于地磁感应电流(简称GIC)基本理论,本文提出变压器中性点经断路器接地的新的地磁感应电流治理方案。文中对地磁感应电流进行了概述,介绍了目前国内外对GIC治理的主要方法,提出变压器中性点经断路器接地的电路构成、保护的基本原理。
To prevent the occurrence of disasters caused by geomagnetic storm damage on the grid, based on GIC basic theory, the author puts forward the new governance of electromagnetic induction current, that is the neutral point of transformer earthed after circuit breaker.This paper outlined the geomagnetically induced current, introduced the current domestic and international governance for GIC main method, put forward the basic principle of the transformer neutral grounding on the circuit breaker circuit and protect.
