摘要
以国家船舶产业专利数据库为数据源,使用国家知识产权出版社开发的专利信息分析系统(简称:PIAS),对我国船舶产业专利信息中的国际专利分类号IPC、申请人、地区分布、主要机构、重点技术等专利战略要素进行定性、定量分析,研究我国船舶产业的发展过程和发展趋势,为我国船舶产业在国际造船新规则、新规范下加快技术创新、加速转型升级等发展提供参考。
In this paper,based on the complete patent database of SIPO in shipbuilding industry,using the analysis system of national intellectual property press developed the patent information （abbreviation：PIAS）,the International Patent Classification IPC,the applicant,the regional distribution,the main mechanism and key technology in the field of Patent information of shipbuilding industry in China are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively,the development process and development trend of shipbuilding industry in China are investigated,and the ship industry in the international shipbuilding new rules, new rules to accelerate technological innovation,upgrading transformation development are also proposed.
