新建地方本科高校转型发展对策思考——基于贵州工程应用技术学院视角

Transformation Countermeasure Thought in the Development of New Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities——Based on the Perspective of Guizhou University of Engineering Science

转型发展是当下高教领域改革的重点,深化对转型发展和应用技术大学的内涵认识,分析本科院校转型发展的客观需求,引导新建地方本科高校在转型发展中走出"高大上"的定位、"职业院校"的身份和"重理工轻人文"的学科专业误区,坚持地方性、应用型定位,培养服务地方转型升级发展需要的应用型人才,破除传统教育思想观念,明晰应用型办学定位,优化专业对接产业链,打造"双师型"师资队伍,深化产教融合,搭建人才培养立交桥、夯实办学基础、争取各级政府的支持,这是新建地方本科高校转型发展的应有策略。

Transformation development is the focus of the current higher education reform, deepen the un- derstanding the connotation of the transformation of development and application technology university, analy- sis the objective needs of the development of undergraduate course colleges and universities transformation, guide the newly-buih local undergraduate colleges and universities in the development of transition out of the myth on disciplines that include the high positioning,the identity of the vocational colleges and the imbalance of between science,technology and the humanities, adhere to the positioning of local and applied orientation, to cultivate applied talents for service to the development of the local transformation and upgrading,to break the traditional education ideas, clear applied school-running orientation, optimize professional docking industry chain, build double type teaching staff, deepen the integration production and education, build overpass for cultivation of talents, consolidate basis and strive for the government＇s support,this is the transformation of de- velopment strategy of newly built local undergraduate colleges and universities.
