摘要
上颌前牙缺失后直接影响患者颜面部美观。随着口腔种植技术的不断发展,上颌前牙区的即刻种植逐渐增多,成功率增高,它的美学效果和远期功能越来越受关注。上颌前牙区术前的局部解剖因素、术中处理等可能影响即刻种植的美学效果,本文就影响上颌前牙区即刻种植美学效果的相关因素作一综述。
The lost of maxillary anterior teeth directly affect patients facial appearances. With the development of oral implantology, the immediate implants on the maxillary anterior were gradually increased, and the aesthetic effect and its long-term function have got a great attention. The local anatomical factors in maxillary anterior region and the intraopera- tire tratment may influence the aesthetic effect of immediate implantation. In this review, the influence factors related to the esthetics effect on the immediate implant of maxillary anterior were reviewed.
