应用自体脂肪填充治疗泪槽畸形的临床观察

Clinical observation of treating lacrimal groove deformities with autologous fat filling

目的:探讨应用自体脂肪颗粒填充治疗泪槽畸形。方法:肿胀麻醉下抽吸脂肪颗粒,经过分离纯化后将脂肪颗粒分浅深两层注射于泪槽凹陷部位。结果:采用脂肪颗粒移植于睑颊沟凹陷处用于矫治泪槽患者36例,其中34例经1次移植,余2例经2次移植完成,术后效果均满意。结论:利用自体脂肪颗粒移植矫治泪槽畸形,手术易行,术后效果好、创伤小,患者满意度高、值得推广。

Objective To study the application of autologous fat granules filling treatment of lacrimal groove deformities. Methods To suction fat particles,swelling anesthesia after separation and purification of fat particle shallow deep two layers of injection parts in lacrimal groove sag. Results Adipose granule transplant in eyelid buccal groove cavity used in 36 patients with malocclusion tear trough,transplantation,34 cases by 1 time,2 more than 2 times of transplantation postoperative effects were satisfactory. Conclusion The use of autologous adipose granule transplant correct tear trough deformity,and easy operation,good effect,small trauma, postoperative patient satisfaction is high,is worth promoting.
