强脉冲光联合Q532nm激光治疗雀斑120例临床观察

The clinical observation of treating 120 freckle cases by combining intense pulse light and Q-switched 532nm laser

目的:观察飞顿LovelyⅡ强脉冲光联合Medlite C6 Q532nm激光治疗雀斑的疗效。方法:120例雀斑患者,采用LovelyⅡ强脉冲光及Medlite C6 Q532nm激光联合治疗3次,每次间隔4周。结果:120例雀斑患者经过3次联合治疗后,103例(85.8%)痊愈,15例(12.5%)显效,2例(1.7%)有效,总有效率为100%,5例(4.2%)出现色素沉着。所有患者面部皮肤较以前光滑、细腻。结论:LovelyⅡ强脉冲光联合Medlite C6Q532nm激光治疗雀斑疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of freckles treated by the Lovely II intense pulse light and the Medlite C6 Q-switched 532 nm Laser. Methods 120 patients with freckles were be treated by combining the Lovely II intense pulse light and the Medlite C6 Q-switched 532 nm laser three times with 4 weeks interval. Results After three times treatment,of 120 cases,103（85.8%）cases were cured,15（12.5%）cases were remarkable effective,and 2（1.7%）cases showed effective.The total effect was 100%.There were 5 cases（4.2%）left hyperpigmentation.The face become more smooth and elastic. Conclusion Effect of treating freckles combining the Lovely II intense pulse light and the Medlite C6 Q- switched 532 nm laser had significance and less adverse reactions,which deserves further clinical applicat.
