两组用药方案对重度痤疮的疗效分析

The curative effects comparison of two groups of medication on severe acne

目的:比较两组用药方案治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效,以期对临床用药有所指导。方法:将88例门诊重度痤疮患者随机分成A、B组,A组:给予罗红霉素胶囊+氯霉素酊治疗;B组:给予盐酸米诺环素胶囊+复方硫磺软膏治疗,8周后观察疗效。结果:A、B组治疗的总有效率分别为81.8%、79.5%,两组间总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对有适应证的重度痤疮患者,A组或B组或A、B组里的辅药互换都是治疗的不错选择。

Objective To compare the curative effects of two groups of medication on severe acne in order to guide the clinical medication. Methods 88 patients with severe acne were randomly divided into 2 groups.A group were used Roxithromycin Capsules and Chloramphenicol Tincture.B group were used Compound Sulfur Ointment and Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsules.Then observed the curative effect after 8 weeks. Results A group＇s total efficiency was 81.8%,and B was 79.5%（P〉0.05）.There were no significant differences between two groups. The main adverse reactions incidence were no significant differences（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The two groups of medication are good choices on severe acne.
