虎杖提取物对黄瓜防御酶系的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Extract of Polygonum cuspidatum on Defensive Enzymes of Cucumis sativus

摘要 本文采用热回流法提取虎杖乙醇提取物,测定不同浓度虎杖提取物处理下,黄瓜幼苗叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、几丁质酶(CHT)和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(GLU)等活性的变化。结果表明,40 mg·L-1虎杖提取物处理下,黄瓜叶片POD和GLU(2~5 d)活性明显高于对照,PPO和CHT活性呈现M型变化趋势,且PPO、PAL和CHT活性与对照相比变化无规律。400 mg·L-1虎杖提取物处理的黄瓜幼苗叶片的POD、PPO和CHT活性明显高于40 mg·L-1的,但也一定程度上降低了GLU活性。 The ethanol extract was obtained from Polygonum cuspidatum by hot reflux extraction. The activities of peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO), phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL), chitinase (CHT) and β-1,3-glucanase (GLU) in leaves of Cucumis sativus seedling were measured under different concentrations of extract ofP. cuspidatum. The results showed that under the treatment of 40 mg·L-1 extract, the activities of POD and GLU (2-5 d) of cucumber leaves were higher than those of control. And the activities of PPO and CHT showed a trend of M. Compared with the control, the activities of PPO, PAL and CHT were irregular. Under the treatment of 400 mg·L-1 extract, the activities of POD, PPO and CHT were obviously higher than those of 40 mg·L-1 extract, but the activity of GLU was decreased at a certain extent.
