摘要
肝硬化是各种肝脏慢性疾病发展的晚期表现,而肝脏纤维化则是肝硬化的一个前驱可逆的修复过程。早期诊断肝纤维化有助于控制肝脏慢性疾病的进展,减少肝硬化及肝癌的发生率和病死率。瞬时弹性成像(TE)技术作为一个新兴的诊断手段,具有无创、快速、经济、可重复等优点,临床已广泛应用。本文就TE的工作原理、临床应用及研究进展进行综述。
Liver cirrhosis was an advanced stage for many chronic liver diseases, while liver fibrosis was a reversible re- pairing process to liver cirrhosis. Therefore, immediate diagnosis of liver fibrosis was helpful to restrain the development of liver chronic diseases, as well as reduce the incidence and mortality rate. Transient elastography as a new diagnosis method was widely used in clinic with non-invasive, fast, economic and repeatable advantages. The working principle, recent clini- cal applications and advances of transient elastography were reviewed in this article.
