电子线放射联合局部注射5-氟尿嘧啶与曲安奈德治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨电子线放射联合局部注射5-氟尿嘧啶和曲安奈德治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法:选取瘢痕疙瘩患者41例,病灶51处,平均病史4.5年,平均治疗时间为6个月。根据是否使用电子线放射分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组21例,采用患处局部注射5-氟尿嘧啶和曲安奈德混悬液(比例2:1),每3周1次;实验组20例,除在患处局部注射5-氟尿嘧啶和曲安奈德混悬液外辅以电子线放射治疗,6个月后观察效果。结果:治疗6个月后,实验组总有效率95.0%,对照组为85.7%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:5-氟尿嘧啶和曲安奈德混悬液辅以电子线放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效显著。 Objective To investigate the curative effect by the way of electron irradiation combined with 5-fluorouracil and triamcinolone acetonide. Methods We chose 41 patients with 51 keloid le- sion, the average age of onset was 4.5 years,the average treatment time was six months.We divided the patients into control group and experimental group according to whether or not to use the electron irradiation.There were 21 patients in the control group who were injected 5-fluorouracil and triamcino- lone acetonide suspension (ratio 2:1) three times a week.There were 20 patients in the experimental group, except injecting suspension,we use the radiation therapy for them.The result would be observed after six months. Results After 6 months,the total effectiveness of experimental group was 95.0%,and control group was 85.7%.The curative effect of two groups was more significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is significantly effective for electron irradiation combined with local injection of 5-fluorouracil and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of keloids.
