摘要
平野健一郎提出他的"国际文化论"以来,即引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。他指出文化是人类的生存方式,具有动态的相对稳定的体系性,因此他主张以文化为视野,立足"文化触变论"来分析国际关系。他在理论构建中,主要阐释了三个问题:一、国际关系是文化的;二、文化触变是一种创造文化的行为,是推动文化发展的外在动力;三、尊重文化主体,维护文化的独特性和多样性。这一理论的提出具有独特的学术价值,但其涉及有关文化的定义、西方文化人类学的应用、"边缘人"对文化重构的重要作用、文化自身发展的根本动力等诸多问题还有待可商榷之处。
Kenichiro Hirano's theory of international culture has attracted the attention ofscholars from home and abroad. He points out that culture is a way of human existence with a system of dynamic and relative stability. Therefore, he holds that intemational relations should be analyzed in light of the theory of cultural thixotropy. Within the frame of his theory, he explains three aspects. First, international relations are cultural. Second, cultural thixotropy is an act of creating culture. Third, the cultural subject should be respected to maintain the uniqueness and diversity of culture. In spite of its unique academic value, his theory leaves much room for discussion.
