摘要
为了获取Ti B2基陶瓷刀具车削C-276哈氏合金的最优切削参数及对比其磨损性能,采用正交试验法及微观测试技术对Ti B2基陶瓷刀具的切削性能及后刀面磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:BW3刀具在切削速度为60m/min、进给量为0.1mm/r、背吃刀量为0.2mm的切削参数下可以获得较高的使用寿命;在相同切削条件下,刀具的抗磨损能力由强到弱依次为BW3、TTW7、TWTN3;同样,在相同切削条件下,磨粒磨损对刀具后刀面形貌的影响程度不同,其影响程度由小到大依次为BW3、TTW7、TWTN3。
In order to obtain the optimal cutting parameter and comparison of wear resistance of Ti B2- based ceramic cutting tools in turning C- 276 Hastelloy alloy,cutting performance and tool flank wear of Ti B2- based ceramic cutting tools have been investigated by the orthogonal experiment method and microscopic test technology. The results showed that BW3 had a higher tool life when the cutting parameters were 60 m / min of cutting speed,0. 1mm / r of feed rate,0. 2mm of cutting depth,and that the wear resistance was BW3 〉TTW7 〉TWTN3 under the same cutting condition,and that abrasive wear had different effects on wear morphologies of the tool flanks. The abrasive wear had the greatest influence on the TWTN3 tool flank,greater influence on the TTW7 tool flank and the least influence on the BW3 tool flank.
