摘要 对α+β钛合金TC11进行车削工艺研究,采用无涂层、PVD Ti Al N涂层、金刚石涂层三种刀片在干式加工和MQL冷却状态下进行车削试验。研究不同刀具、冷却方式和加工参数对车削TC11钛合金切削力、切削温度、加工表面质量、刀具寿命和刀具磨损方式等影响规律。通过相关试验数据得出相关切削参数,为优选加工刀具提供参考。 Machinability of titanium alloy generally was poor,resulting in titanium alloy structural parts along with long manufacturing cycle and high manufacturing costs. Because of this aerospace manufacturing industry had severe challenge. This paper researched the alpha + beta titanium alloy TC11 turning technology,with no coating inserts,PVD Ti Al N coating inserts,diamond coating inserts in dry machining and MQL cooling state of turning experiment,studied different tools,cooling modes and the processing parameters of turning TC11 titanium alloy. Cutting force,cutting temperature,surface quality,tool life and tool wear modes were analyzed. The relevant experimental data showed,no coating inserts and PVD Ti Al N coating inserts were more suitable for the processing of TC11 titanium alloy,rather than diamond coating inserts. MQL cooling method was very useful in turning TC11 titanium alloy,can not only improve the quality of machined surface,but also obtain a good tool life.
