杂交水稻新品种安优5819的主要性状变异分析

Analysis on Main Phenotypic Variation of a New Hybrid Rice Cultivar Anyou 5819

为掌握杂交中籼早熟水稻新品种安优5819的丰产稳产性和适应性,为其区域布局和生产应用提供实践依据,以2012-2013年贵州省杂交水稻区域试验结果为依据,采用均值-变异系数法和高稳系数法对安优5819（安丰A/黔恢5819）与对照品种（香早优2017）的10个主要表型性状的变异情况进行对比,综合分析该品种在不同生态环境下的性状变异。结果表明,安优5819的HSC值为83.2%-85.2%,高于CK;不同表型性状的平均变异系数在3.4%-17.7%,其顺序为有效穗〉穗粒数〉产量〉穗实粒数〉着粒密度〉株高〉结实率〉全生育期〉穗长〉千粒重。结论：杂交中籼早熟新品种安优5819的综合性状好,高产稳产,生育期适中,抗逆性强,适应性广。

To grasp steady high yield ability and adaptation of Anyou 5819,a new medium indica hybrid rice cultivar with early maturity,the phenotypic variation for more 10 traits based on the results from Guizhou Hybrid Rice Regional Test 2012-2013 in early indica hybrid rice combination Anyou 5819 from“Anfeng A Qianhui 5819”,compared with the CK Xiangzaoyou 2017,was studied by the methods of variation coefficient（CV）and high stability coeficien（HSC）.The results showed that HSC values of Anyou 5819 ranged from 83.2% to 85.2%,higher than those of the CK;The average CV values of Anyou 5819 ranged from 3.4% to 17.7%.The order of traits on CV was effective tillers〉spikelets per panicle〉average yield〉 grains per spikelet〉 spikelet density〉 plant height〉 seed-setting rate〉 growth period〉panicle length 〉 1 000-grain weight.It could be concluded that Anyou 5819,as a new hybrid rice combination registered in 2014,was of characteristics of higher and stable yield,suitable maturing, stronger resistance to stress,wider applied regions and prospects in Guizhou.
