摘要
为降低平菇的生产成本,用工厂化白灵菇菌糠作配料,以20%、30%、40%和50%的量添加到以棉籽壳为主的培养基中,进行平菇栽培试验。结果表明:不同白灵菇菌糠添加量的各处理组中,配方4生物学效率为54.1%,仅较对照组(64.7%)低16.3%,而生产成本比对照组降低47.4%;发酵料经短时高温处理结合套环纸封口发菌的种植模式极大地降低了菌棒污染率,各配方的污染率均小于4%,白灵菇菌糠作配料栽培平菇的营养成分含量与对照组子实体相当。
The test of P. ostreatus cultivation was carried out on cotton hull media plus different proportion (20%,30%,40% and 50%)of residues to reduce productive cost of P. ostreatus cultivation. The results show that the biological efficiency of treatment 4(30% residues)is 54. 1%,16. 3% lower than CK(64. 7%)only,but its productive cost is 47. 4% lower than CK. The spore germination pattern of fermentation material treated with high temperature sterilization plus sealed with paper greatly reduces the pollution rate,and the pollution rate of cotton hull media plus different proportion of residues is less than 4%. The nutrition composition content of P. ostreatus cultured on cotton hull media plus different proportion of residues is the same as fruiting body of CK basically.
