摘要
为探明15%木荷树皮提取物水乳剂的最佳配方和为开发植物源农药提供依据,采用相转移法,筛选确定其最佳溶剂、乳化剂和防冻剂的种类及用量,在此基础上研究其对小菜蛾的田间药效。结果表明:15%木荷树皮提取物水乳剂的最佳配方为木荷树皮提取物15%+乙醇30%+Tween-80 8%+防冻剂乙二醇2%+蒸馏水45%。该药剂对小菜蛾具有良好的田间防治效果,但随稀释倍数的增大,防治效果逐渐减弱;其400倍液施药7 d后,对小菜蛾的防效达88.35%,与对照药剂1.8%阿维菌素乳油1 000倍液的防效相当。结论:以15%木荷树皮提取物水乳剂400倍液防治小菜蛾效果最佳。
and In order to explore the optimum formulation of 15% EW of the extracts from barks of S. superbaof S.provide a basis for development of botanical pesticides. The formulation of 15% EW of the extracts from barkssuperba was investigated by the phase transfer method through screening the optimum type and amount of ssotulvdeiendt,surfactant and cryoprotectant,and on the basis of this,its field efficiency against P. xylostella were. The results showed that the optimum formulation of 15% EW were obtained as follows:the extracts from obfartkhse oefxS. superb was 15%,ethanol was 30%,Tween-80 was 8%,glycol was 2% and water was 45%. 15% EWtracts from barks of S. superba had high control efficiency against P. xylostella. The field control efficiencywas weakened gradually with dilution increasing. The control efficiency of 15% EW of the extracts from barks of S.superba which was diluted 400-fold was 88. 35% against P. xylostella seven days later,and was the same as 1. 8%tahveeremxetrcatcintsefmroumlsibfiaarbkle(EC)which was diluted 1000-fold. Conclusion:the field control efficiency of 15% EW ofs of S. superba was optimum on P. xylostella when its dilute multiple was 400-fold.
