基于模糊综合评价法的贵州土地可持续利用评价

Evaluation on Sustainable Land Utilization in Guizhou Based on Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation Method

为给科学评价贵州土地资源利用情况提供参考,从土地生产性、土地稳定性、经济可行性、资源保护性、社会可接受性5个方面构建贵州土地可持续利用的评价体系,并利用模糊综合评价法对其进行定量研究。结果表明:贵州省土地可持续利用水平从2008年的低度可持续转为2010年的中度可持续,到2012年转为可持续状态,5年间贵州土地利用水平有明显提高,不断朝着可持续利用的水平发展,但仍然存在不可持续的威胁。在此基础上针对存在的问题提出了贵州省土地可持续利用的建议。

In order to provide a reference for evaluating utilization status of land resources in Guizhou, the authors established the evaluation system of sustainable utilization for land resources from five aspects including land productivity,land stability,economic feasibility,resource protectiveness and society acceptance.By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method a quantitative research was conducted. Results：Land utilization in Guizhou had gradually transformed from low sustainable condition into medium sustainable condition from 2008 to 2012,in the five years the land utilization level increased significantly, but some potential unsustainable threatens still existed.On this basis,the authors put forward some suggestions for sustainable utilization of land resources according to the existing problems.
