This paper firstly makes an overview for the importance of chassis structural parts and its platform, illustrates the relationship between chassis structural parts platform and chassis system platform, and then introduces the design requirements and the principle, finally the paper introduces the design method of chassis structural parts platform based on chassis structural parts platform including continuous use design and extended design.
