发动机舱自动灭火器布置方案设计

摘要 为了及时扑灭车内火险,目前各大汽车生产商开始设计在发动机舱内布置自动灭火器。以某前置发动机车型为实施对象,根据灭火器的外形尺寸和质量,结合前舱易起火点位置,以面罩框为安装载体,布置了2个自动灭火器。描述了车身本体的加强方案和灭火器的连接方案,并且针对灭火器布置环节中最重要的连接支架进行了差异化方案设计。通过有限元分析,灭火器连接支架料厚为2.0 mm时能够满足设计要求,可以广泛应用于产品车上。 At present all automobile manufacturers begin to arrange automatic fire extinguisher in the engine cabin in order to put out the fire in time in the passengers compartment. Taking a front mount engine as an example, according to the fire position in front of the cabin, and using a mask frame as the carrier of the installation, two automatic fire extinguishers in the engine compartment are arranged based on the weight and dimensions of the fire extinguisher. This paper describes the schemes of body enhancement and the connection of automatic fire extinguisher, and the most important part: connection bracket in the fire extinguisher layout is carried out the differentiation analysis. The thickness of connection bracket is set 2 mm to meet the design requirements with FEA, and the layout scheme can be widely applied in the car.
