摘要
某款车在整车试验项目进行坏路试验和非正常路面行驶时,冷却风扇出现断裂。通过对断裂风扇失效后残骸的分析,对冷却风扇振动幅度、含水率及装配工艺等因素进行逐一排查,从而找出冷却风扇断裂的主要原因为装配顺序颠倒,导致风扇离散热器带中冷器总成的距离偏差很大。调整装配顺序并设计加装了防呆装置以保证安装过程中装配间隙的安全距离,经台架试验和道路试验验证,冷却风扇断裂问题得到解决。
The cooling fan is cracked when a model car is bearing bad road test and abnormal pavement test. Through analyzing the cracked cooling fan on vibration amplitude, water content and assembly process, it is found that the sequence of assembly is disordered to result in the large clearance between the cooling fan and the radiator. Adjusting the sequence of assembly and installing fool proofing device can guarantee the safe clearance of assembly. The problem of cracked cooling fan is solved through the validation of rig stand test and road test.
