摘要 针对多平台与高节拍汽车车身柔性焊装自动化生产线研发过程的用户化和专业化,基于CATIA软件平台设计开发了汽车白车身焊装生产线数字化夹具设计系统。进行了涵盖从白车身焊装生产线布局规划到夹具设计工程图生成各个模块功能研究与开发,尤其创新性地基于MBD技术实现了夹具二维工程图自动批量出图,解决了夹具设计数字化与我国以二维图纸作为加工标准现状的衔接问题,提高了汽车白车身夹具设计自动化与数字化程度,实现了夹具设计的快速高效,缩短了产品开发周期。本系统已得到企业工程应用,实际应用本系统对夹具设计效率提高在40%以上。 Aimed at realizing customization and specialization during the development of multi-platform, high-step vehicle body welding production line automation, the digital fixture design system is developed based on CATIA platform, including serial modules research and development from the field of BIW welding production line layout to the field of the fixture design drawing, especially developing 2D drawing generation module by means of MBD technology, this module innovatively realizes automatic batch drawing generation and completes the line-up from the fixture design digitization to 2D drawing used as process standard, improving automation and digitization of BIW fixture design system, realizing fast and high efficient fixture design, shortening the development cycle. The fixture design system has been applied in the engineering design of enterprise, this system can improve the efficiency of 40%.
