基于称重法的机动车PM_2.5测试方法

摘要 当前环境污染问题突出,空气中颗粒物污染日益严重,其危害众所周知。通过对比大气环境PM2.5测量方法与机动车排放颗粒物的测试方法,从试验条件、采样温度、采样方法、滤膜要求及称重箱要求等方面进行分析,得出利用旋风分离器的分割特性分离出PM2.5,并采用称重法进行测量的机动车PM2.5测试方法。依据国V排放标准,通过选取5台GDI样车进行比对试验,验证了该测试方法既符合理论要求,同时又具有实际可操作性。 At present the environmental pollution is hot issue, the particulates pollution in the atmosphere is increasingly serious, and as is known to all, people understand the environmental pollution harm. By comparing the atmospheric environment PM2.5measurement method and PM2.5measurement method for motor vehicle particulate emission, the requirements on test condition, sampling temperature, sampling method, filtering film and weighing box are analyzed, it is found that the cyclone separator can separate PM2.5and vehicle PM2.5can be measured using the weighing method. Selecting5 sets of GDI to carry out comparison test according to National Ⅴ emission standard, it is proven that this method satisfies the theoretical requirements, it presents practical operability as well.
