摘要
目的观察关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠同时口服通滞苏润江胶囊治疗老年性膝骨关节炎患者的疗效。方法回顾分析2011年11月至2013年9月在我院接受治疗的100例膝骨关节炎患者的临床资料。按治疗方法分为2组:治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组:男26例,女24例,年龄45-80岁,病程2个月至21年。治疗组:男25例,女25例,年龄47-78岁,病程3个月至20年。对照组于关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每周1次,每次2.5 ml。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服通滞苏润江胶囊。连续5次为1个疗程,共2个疗程,2个疗程之间间隔1周。在治疗的第12周时进行疗效评价。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为94.0%和70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗过程中2组均未发现严重的不良反应。结论关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠联合口服通滞苏润江胶囊对膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效显著,可作为膝关节骨关节炎保守治疗的有效方案之一。
Objective To observe the clinical outcome of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral ad- ministration of Tongzhi Surunjiang capsule for osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods One hundred patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital between November 2011 and September 2013 were enrolled in the retrospective study. They were randomly divided into two groups : treatment group and control group, and there were 50 patients in each group. In the control group, there were 26 males and 24 f males aged ranging from 45 to 80 years; the course of disease ranged from 2 months to 21 years. In the treatment group, there were 25 males and 25 females aged ranging from 47 to 78 years ; the course of disease ranged from 3 months to 20 years. All patients underwent intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate (2.5 ml) once a week in two courses of treatment (5 times in one course). Additionally, Tongzhi Surunjiang capsule was taken orally in the treatment group. The therapeutic effect was evaluated in the sixth week of treatment. Results The effective rate was 70.0% in the control group and 94.0% in the treatment group. There was a significant difference of the effective rate between groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). No severe adverse reactions were found during the treatment. Conclusion Iutraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral administration of Tongzhi Surunjiang capsule is an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
