极区航行的船员资质要求及培训建议 被引量：2

摘要 针对国际海事组织以及环北冰洋如加拿大、俄罗斯等国家颁布或实施的一些相关规则,分析冰区航行船员适任资质的要求,船员必须具有相应时间的冰区航行经验或者需要进行冰区航行培训取得资质证明,最后分析中国极区航行培训现状并提出建议。
