医学高等院校模拟法庭教学改革探析

在分析医学高等院校模拟法庭教学地位模糊、缺乏教学设计、参与主体学习转化能力不强及实施中教师所起作用不理想等问题基础上,提出了适合医学高等院校模拟法庭教学改革的思路及措施,旨在探讨医学高等院校如何有效开展模拟法庭教学。

The author first analyzes problems such as the vague role of mock court teaching at medical colleges and universities, lack of teaching design, poor learning transformation capability of the participation subjects, and teachers inadequate role in the practice teaching. Then it proposes thoughts and measures of mock court teaching that fits medical colleges and universities with the hope to explore how to carry out the practice of mock court teaching effectively.
