快速崩解的5.7%甲维盐水分散粒剂配方筛选 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]获得市场急需的快速崩解的5.7%甲维盐水分散粒剂配方。[方法]在选定润湿分散剂的基础上,改变填料的种类及比例加工样品,测定样品热贮前后的崩解性和悬浮率,筛选出快速崩解的5.7%甲维盐水分散粒剂合格配方。[结果]最佳配方的样品热贮前后崩解5次左右,悬浮率85%以上。配方为7.3%甲维盐原药(78.2%)、4.0%GY-D800、2.0%GY-D10、2.0%GY-W04、30.0%轻钙、11.0%煅烧高岭土、30.0%硫酸铵、13.7%助崩解剂A。[结论]以高岭土、轻钙和硫酸铵作为主要填料加工的样品崩解快、悬浮率高;助崩解剂A对提高样品崩解性效果突出;不同厂家的聚羧酸盐分散剂对该配方性能影响较大;该配方对不同厂家的甲维盐原药适应性好。 [Aims] In order to obtain the rapidly disintegrating formulation of emamectin benzoate 5.7% water dispersible granule (WG) which was in urgent need for the market. [Methods] The samples were processed by changing the variety and proportion of fillers on the basis of selected wetting dispersant reagent. The disintegrative and suspension percentage before and after hot storage were tested, therefore, the qualified rapidly disintegrating formulation of emamectin benzoate 5.7% WG was screened. [Results] The sample of the optimal formulation disintegrated about 5 times before and after hot storage, and the suspension percentage was more than 85%. The optimal formulation was emamectin benzoate technical material (78.2%) 7.3%, GY-D800 4.0%, GY-D10 2.0%, GY-W04 2.0%, light calcium carbonate 30.0%, calcined kaolin 11.0%, ammonium sulfate 30.0%, disintegrating aid A 13.7%. [Conclusions] The sample with calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate and ammonium sulfate as the main fillers has good disintegrative and high suspension percentage. The disintegrating aid A has outstanding effect to improving the disintegrative of the sample. The dispersing agents of poly-carboxylate from different companies have a great impact to the performance of the sample. The formulation has good adaptation with the technical material of emamectin benzoate from different companies.
