阿维菌素B_2乳油防治番茄根结线虫的田间试验

Control Efficacy of Abamectin B_2 EC against Meloidogyne incognita

[目的]为了探明阿维菌素B2乳油对番茄根结线虫病的田间防效,在河北省廊坊市进行了田间试验。[结果]5%阿维菌素B2乳油6.4 kg/hm2的防效最高,在施药60、100 d时分别达到93.32%和89.37%。1.8%阿维菌素乳油（含1.4%阿维菌素B2）的推荐用量为15.278~17.778 kg/hm2。5%阿维菌素B2乳油的推荐用量为4.5~5.5 kg/hm2。阿维菌素B2乳油可有效降低根结线虫病的危害,是防治根结线虫病的理想药剂。

[Aims] The paper aims to evaluate theefficacyof abamectin B2 EC against Meloidogyne incognita, the field trials of abamectin B2 EC against M. incognita was carried out in Langfang City of Hebei Province. [Flosults] The results indicated that the control efficiency of 6.4 kg/ha abamectin B25% EC reached 93.32% after treatment of 60 days, and reached 89.37% after treatment of 100 days, respectively. The recommended dosage of abamectin 1.8% EC （contained 1.4% abamectin B2） was 15.278-17.778 kg/ha. There commended dosage of abamectin B2 5% EC was 4.5-5.5 kg/ha. The abamectin B2 EC which could effectively reduce and prevent root-knot nematode diseaseis apotential biological pesticides for the control of root-knot nematode disease.
