摘要
为合理开发国外某低品位含硫磁铁矿,根据该铁矿石的性质特点及国内外类似铁矿选矿生产实践,进行了原矿(10~0 mm)湿式粗粒磁选预选抛尾—阶段磨矿—弱磁选—浮选脱硫工艺试验。试验获得了产率为45.37%、铁品位为65.39%、硫含量为0.22%、铁回收率为82.44%的铁精矿,还获得了产率为3.86%、铁品位为61.92%、硫含量为2.59%、铁回收率为6.64%的次铁精矿,选别指标较好,为该类含硫磁铁矿石的开发利用提供了技术依据。
In order to rationally develop a low grade sulfur-bearing magnetite ore abroad,discarding (-10 mm)by coarse wet magnetic separation-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-desulfuriza-tion via flotation process was conducted based on the characteristics and the properties of the ore,and al-so beneficiation production practice on similar iron ore both at home and abroad.Iron concentrate with yield of 45.37%,65.39% Fe,0.22% S,and iron recovery of 82.44% was obtained and also second-grade concentrate with yield of 3.86%,61.92% Fe,2.59% S,and iron recovery of 6.64%.The index is good,and can provide technical basis for the development and utilization of the ore.
