中国经济持续快速发展,能源需求急剧增加,石油对外依存度逐年升高,保障石油来源的安全日益重要。伊朗拥有丰富的石油资源,石油收入是其经济命脉,确保稳定的石油出口极为关键。21世纪以来,中国和伊朗石油贸易额持续上升,跨国合资经营项目大规模展开,双方能源合作取得长足进展。国际政治变动、中东局势不稳定、石油运输通道的安全隐患、中伊能源政策等不确定因素直接影响中伊石油合作进程。中国在加大从伊朗进口石油量的同时,仍需坚持石油进口渠道的多元化,以此来维护本国能源的安全与稳定。

With a sustainable and rapid economic development in China, energy demands increase sharp- ly, followed by the annual increase of dependence on foreign oil, so it is increasingly important to seek a stable and secure oil supply. Because Iran has rich oil resources and oil revenues are the lifeblood of its economy, it is very crucial for Iran to ensure the stable export of petroleum. Since the beginning of the 21st century, China and Iran have made great progress in the bilateral energy cooperation with the continuous rise of bilateral oil trade and the large - scale development of multinational cooperation management projects. However, with the political change and the upheaval of Middle East Situation, some factors like the potential safety hazard in the oil transport channels, and the uncertainty of China - Iran energy policy can directly affect the oil cooperation process between China and Iran. Therefore, while enlarging the import of petroleum from Iran, China should persist in the diversification of petroleum import sources in order to guarantee the security and stability of our energy
