摘要
深水油气田开发水下生产系统中安装水下多相流量计进行计量,不仅采购成本及安装费用高昂,而且其日常的校准及维护工作在深水条件下很难操作。针对这一问题,研制了一套可为多口气井同时进行产量计量的虚拟流量计系统。文中介绍了该系统的构成、主要功能、物理模型及计算方法,并分析了该系统计算的准确性。现场应用表明,该系统在我国南海某水下气田试运行期间计算的气相流量与流量计测量值吻合较好,相对误差大多在5%以内,可以满足一般日常生产的需求。
In subsea production systems, various multiphase flow meters are used. But it is nearly impossi ble to maintain and calibrate these physical meters in deep water condition, not to mention the high cost of purchase and installation. In view of this problem, a virtual flow metering system was developed which can be used to meter the flow rates of several gas wells simultaneously. This paper introduced the structure, major functions, physical model and algorithm about the system, with its accuracy also discussed. Field test in a subsea gas production system in South China Sea indicates that the flow rate calculated by the system agrees with the physical meter data well. On the average the error is almost within 5%, which is acceptable in routine production.
