摘要
许多细菌多糖中都存在氧乙酰基,氧乙酰化修饰发生在多糖合成后,对细菌功能和免疫原性都有重要的意义。就细菌多糖合成机制及氧乙酰化修饰多糖机理,氧乙酰基对细菌荚膜多糖免疫原性的影响,细菌性疫苗中氧乙酰基质控,脑膜炎球菌荚膜多糖氧乙酰基漂移等研究进展进行综述。
The presence of O-acetyl group in bacterial polysaccharide(PS) has been widely observed, O-acetylation modification occurs after the PS biosynthesis, and appear to be important in protection and immunogenicity. This review attempts to give an overview about the mechanism of PS biosynthesis and O-acetylation, the effects of O-acetyl groups on the immunogenicity of bacterial PS, quality control of O-acetyl in PS vaccines and migration of O-acetyl groups in Neisseria meningitidis capsular polysaccharide.
