老年患者髋关节置换手术的麻醉护理配合体会

目的探讨老年患者髋关节置换手术中麻醉护理配合效果。方法选取68例髋关节置换老年患者,回顾性分析研究在髋关节置换手术中麻醉护理配合效果,按照Harris功能评价标准判定,用自制问卷进行护理满意度调查。结果 68例患者中,优良55例,可10例,差3例,优良率为80.88%(55/68);平均手术时间为(66.1±22.8)min。护理满意率为97.06%(66/68)。结论老年患者髋关节置换手术中,麻醉护理配合满意度较高,临床疗效较为理想。

Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia care in elderly patients with hip replacement surgery. Methods Hospital 68 cases of hip replacement in elderly patients and review research analysis in the hip joint replacement surgery anesthesia nursing cooperation. According to Harris evaluation criteria to determine, using self-made questionnaire of nursing satisfaction survey. Results Among the 68 cases, 55 cases were excellent, 10 cases, 3 cases, the good rate was 80.88%（55/68）, the average operation time was （66.1±22.8） min. The satisfactory rate of nursing was 97.06%（66/68）. Conclusion The satisfaction of anesthesia nursing with satisfaction is higher in elderly patients with hip replacement surgery, and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
