摘要
教育科研成果的决策转化是决策者对科研成果的主动选择和意义建构过程。这一决策转化过程以概念性应用为主,主要通过影响决策者的工作知识间接影响决策行为,在此过程中,研究者的社会资本发挥着重要作用。教育科研成果的决策转化受到研究成果本身特征、决策者的信息寻求、政治社会背景以及社会关系网络的影响。
The transformation of education research achievements into policy-making is a process of active screening and meaning construction of research achievements by policymakers. The use of conception predominates this process, and research has an indirectinfluence on policy-making by means of impacting policymaker's working knowledge. Meanwhile, social capital of researcher plays a crucial role. The transformation into policy-making is influenced by the characteristics of research itself, information-seeking of policymakers, political and social climate and social network.
