摘要
本文通过综述各类文献,分析了中药磷脂复合物的制备与鉴别方法,以及其在生物利用度、药动学、药效学等方面的特点,探讨了磷脂复合物对中药制剂口服吸收的影响研究近况,以期为磷脂复合物在中药制剂口服吸收的研究中提供参考与借鉴。
This paper discussed the preparation and identification of the compound of the phospholipid and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, analyzed the characteristics of its bioavailability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamicsas, in order to provide references for the further study of the effect on oral absorption of phospholipid compound of traditional Chinese medicine.
