摘要
在对城市交通系统公平性内涵进行系统解析的基础上,构建城市交通资源代际转移模型来定量分析城市交通系统的代际公平性,构建城市交通资源代内消耗模型来评估城市交通资源利用的公平性,构建城市交通区域发展均衡度模型来探析城市交通服务利益分享的代内公平性;然后,以重庆2003~2012年城市交通系统的实际发展为例,对上述定量分析模型的有效性与应用进行实证分析。
Based on the systematically analysis of the connotation of urban traffic system fairness,the intergenerational transfer model is established to analyze quantitatively the intergenerational fairness of urban transportation system,with the intragenerational consumption model of the urban transport resources built to assess quantitatively the intra-generational fairness of urban transport resource utilization,and the equilibrium model of urban transport areas set up to explore and analyze the intra- generational fairness of urban transport services benefit-sharing. Meanwhile,the actual development of the urban traffic system in Chongqing from 2003 to 2012 is used for an empirical analysis for the validity and application of these models of quantitative analysis above.
