磁化传递技术在颅脑MRA检查中的应用价值探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨磁化传递技术在颅脑MRA检查中的应用价值。方法对58例脑梗死患者先后采用常规三维时间飞跃MRA(3D-TOF-MRA)(常规法)与施加磁化传递技术的3D-TOF-MRA(磁化传递法)检测颅内血管,对比分析两种图像的质量和用于诊断的价值。结果常规法血管背景组织抑制不全,对于脑血管的末梢小血管显示不清;磁化传递法MRA血管背景组织抑制充分,远端小血管显示清晰。结论使用磁化传递技术能够获得高质量的3D-TOF-MRA图像,有助于对脑血管病的诊治。 Objective To evaluate the application of magnetization transfer (MT) technology in cerebral vascular imaging with magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Methods Fifty- eight patients underwent MRA scanning for cerebral vascular imaging from 2013 January to 2014 May with MT technique and conventional 3D- TOF method , the results of two techniques were compared. Results 3D- TOF MRA did not inhibit vascular background completely; peripheral branches of smal vessels were not clear or not shown. MT MRA was able to inhibit vascular background completely; peripheral branches of smal vessels were clearly displayed. Conclusion High quality 3D- TOF brain vascular images can be obtained with MT technique.
