采用左乳内动脉-桡动脉“T”形组合桥行全动脉冠状动脉旁路移植术10例 被引量:1

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病效果良好,可重建缺血心肌血供,缓解患者症状、延长患者寿命。目前冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗多支冠状动脉病变时,多采用左乳内动脉带蒂吻合于前降支,余使用大隐静脉桥重建冠状动脉血运的手术方案。为进一步提高手术效果,我科在台湾台中荣民总医院心脏外科团队支持下,开展了采用左乳内动脉-桡动脉“T”形组合桥行全动脉冠状动脉旁路移植术,现将初步经验报道如下。
