血管内皮生长因子与抑郁症关系的临床研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 抑郁症是精神障碍中常见的一种疾病,其终生患病率约10%.自杀率高达15%:神经营养假说认为,脑内神经营养因子的不足会对神经系统的结构或功能造成影响,血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是一种重要的神经营养因子,相对分子量34~45kDa,主要由神经细胞、神经胶质细胞及炎症细胞产生,具有促进神经细胞生长、保护神经细胞、增强突触可塑性等作用,并有望成为治疗抑郁症的新分子靶点。
