MR扩散张量成像对创伤性脑白质损伤诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨MR扩散张量成像在创伤性脑白质损伤中的诊断价值。方法:选择50例脑外伤患者,经临床诊断均存在创伤性脑白质损伤(WMI),作为病变组。另选取50例体检的正常人作为对照组,两组患者均实施MR扩散张量成像(DTI),对比两组各个区域的各向异性值(FA)以及表观弥散系数(ADC)。结果:病变组FA值要显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病变组ADC显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DTI能够非常明显的显示出WMI患者脑部病灶区域的异常,且DTI对于WMI的敏感性高,能准确显示出脑白质区域的损伤情况。
