欧盟REACH法规高关注物质中无机化合物检测方法探讨 被引量:5

摘要 REACH是欧盟法规《化学品的注册、评估、授权和限制》(Regulation concerning the Registration,Evaluation,Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)的简称,是欧盟建立的并于2007年起实施的化学品监管体系。自2008年起至2015年1月,欧洲化学品管理局(ECHA)已正式发布12批161种REACH法规高关注物质(SVHC),是具有致癌、致畸变、生殖毒性(1类和2类物质)、强持久生物累积性有毒物质(PBT)、非常持久和强生物积累物质(v Pv B),以及会对环境或人体健康造成不可挽回的损害,对内分泌干扰的物质,其中无机物占41.6%。为积极应对欧盟REACH法规技术性贸易壁垒,加强对出口欧盟商品进行SVHC符合性检测是十分必要的。我们将SVHC列表中无机物进行系统分类、分类检测,可以快速有效地进行SVHC符合性初筛检测,极大地提高检测的效率。 REACH is the chemicals regulatory system which was built by EU in 2007, short for "the Regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals". Since 2008 to 2015, The ECHA of EU had published 12 authorized lists, total 161 substances, which are high carcinogenic, teratogenic, reproductive toxic, persistent and biological cumulative. And inorganic substances accounted for about 41.6% in the full list. It's an effective measure to carry out SVHC conformance testing for commodities exported to the EU in order to circumvent technical barrier to the trade reasonably. It's conduced to improve the efficiency of the screening test to classify the compounds of inorganic substances in SVHC and detect targeted.
