摘要
以企业绩效考核管理为研究对象,从企业基本使命、外部竞争环境、内部员工利益等3个维度阐述了建立效益导向考核机制的必要性;从考核内容、考核目标、考核方法和考核结果应用等4个方面探讨了建立效益导向考核机制的具体方法;分析了建立效益导向考核机制应着重处理好的3个关键问题,以期对企业提升绩效考核管理工作有所借鉴。
Using enterprise performance appraisal management as the object of study, the article expounds on the necessity of establishing benefit-oriented appraisal mechanism form the following 3 dimensions: basic corporate mission, external competitive environment and internal employee interests. Then, it probes into concrete methods to establish benefit-oriented appraisal mechanism from 4 aspect as follows: appraisal content, appraisal target, appraisal measure and appraisal result application. Finally, it analyzes 3 key problems needed to be deal with as emphasis for establishing benefit-oriented appraisal mechanism, so as to afford lessons to enterprises to improve performance appraisal management work.
