摘要
通过现场勘查、理论分析、方案对比等研究手段,对华能伊敏煤电公司二号露天矿的15-1至15-2煤层间剥离废石外包经济可行性进行了分析。结果表明:15煤层间58.0 Mm3/a的剥离工程量通过外包作业,具有明显成本优势,省去设备投资的大额费用,且采掘设备的选型、布置及道路运输条件都满足生产的相关要求。
Through scene investigation, theoretical analysis, scheme comparison, the article analyzes the feasibility of stripping waste rock outsourcing economy between No.15-1 and No.15-2 coal seams in Huaneng Yimin Coal and Electricity Company No.2 Open-pit Mine. The results show that through outsourcing operation, 58.0 Mm^3/a stripping quantity between No.15 coal seam has obvious cost advantages, which save large cost of equipment investment, and selection, layout and road transportation conditions of mining equipment meet requirements of production.
