摘要
太阳能路灯相对于普通路灯,其太阳能电池板迎风面积较大,灯杆受力更易受到外界天气状况的影响而发生破坏。运用ABAQUS有限元软件对10 m太阳能路灯灯杆在风载、雪载以及自身重力作用下各构件的应力与变形进行了分析。在保证灯杆强度与刚度安全的基础上,通过分别改变灯杆和支架的壁厚,对太阳能路灯灯杆进行了改进设计,并得出最优的设计方案。
Compared with the ordinary street lamp, the light pole stress of solar street lamp is more susceptible to weather resisting property, because of its larger windward area of solar panels. In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyse the stress and deformation of lOm solar street lamps components under the wind load, snow load and its own gravity applied on the light pole. To ensure its safety, stiffness and strength, its design is improved and optimized by changing the thickness of light pole and support for solar street light.
