摘要
通过数值计算方法研究了进气道插板式总压畸变试验技术。在已有试验数据的基础上,应用数值仿真的手段模拟了插板扰流后的流场特性,分析了插板后不同位置的流场结构和畸变度。通过和试验数据对比,得出计算结果在AIP截面和试验结果在趋势上吻合良好,数值上则存在较大差异。在插板后异于AIP截面,存在能满足周向总压畸变指数与试验值相当的截面,从而可通过插值处理,计算出不同进口马赫数对应的计算截面,对试验进行初步预估。
The numerical calculated method is used to research on the technology of the total pressure distortion with flashboard. Based on experimental data, the method of numerical simulation is used to simulate the flow field. Then flow field structure and distortion degree of different positions behind the flashboard are analyzed. Comparing the numerical result with experimental data, they trend to great agreement, but a great difference is made in the mumerical value. Behind AlP, a section -where Ao0 is the same with experimental data. The interposition method can be used to calculate the section corresponding to different Mz, and complete the preliminary estimation of the experiment.
