基于ITSS的高职计算机实训基地“校企双元”建设模式研究

Exploration of University-enterprise Dual Mode Based on ITSS in Higher Vocational Computer Training Base

为了提高高职计算机应用与软件技术实训基地人才培养质量,提升基地社会服务能力,解决基地在教学内容和实施的瓶颈问题,以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例,在阐明"基于ITSS的‘校企双元’基地建设的必要性"的基础上,以"基于ITSS的国家级实训基地‘校企双元’建设措施"为重点,从消化吸收ITSS的方法、企业入驻基地、教学产业园模式的基地建设、"校企双元"推进实训教学改革等多个方面进行详细阐述,不断完善"校企双元"基地管理体制,从而推进基地"教、产、研、服、训"一体化职能的发挥。

In order to improve the talent education quality and the social service ability of training base of computer application and software technology in higher vocational colleges,and to solve the bottleneck problem in the teaching content and teaching operations,taking Suzhou Chien-shiung Institute of Technology as an example,on the basis of university- enterprise dual base construction of necessity based on ITSS,was clarified.The measures of university-enterprise dual mode based on ITSS in National computer training base as the core was elaborate in detail,from several aspects：the digestion and absorption of ITSS methods,enterprises obtained resident base status,base construction of teaching industrial park,promote the training reform of university-enterprise dual mode,and etc.and constantly improve the base management system of university-enterprise dual mode,so as to give advance base integration function of teaching,research,production,services and training.
