摘要
为了解决传统船舶环型网络保护选择性与快速性矛盾的难题,提出了一种保护加速的方法。该方法通过比较各段线路两端电流相位差值来确定故障区域,再实时调整各个断路器跳闸时间,使故障点两侧最近的两个断路器能瞬时跳闸,从而达到保护加速的目的。同时使这两个断路器各自上一级的断路器延时0.3s后跳闸,作为其各自的后备保护。并针对发电机出口两个断路器无后备保护的问题,提出了三种解决方法。
In order to solve the contradiction of the selectivity and rapidity of the traditional shipboardloop power system protection,this paper proposes a method to accelerate the protection.The method determines the fault zone by comparing the difference of the current phase at both ends of the line segments,then adjuststhe tripping timeof each circuit breaker to trip the nearest two circuit of the two sides of the fault point at once,so as to achieve the purpose of accelerating the protection.At the same time,the each upper grade circuit breakers of the two circuit breakers trips with delaying 0.3second,as its backup protection.Aiming at how to solve the two circuit breakers of generator outlet without backup protection problem,three methods are put forward.
