摘要
封水环是水轮机蜗壳充水保压过程中的重要部件,其刚强度性能对于蜗壳保压浇筑至关重要。针对某大型抽水蓄能机组蜗壳保压浇筑过程中封水环出现的永久性大变形问题,运用ANSYS有限元软件分析原因,提出补强方案。研究表明:封水环可以再次使用。
In the process of turbine spiral case preloading water-filled,ring for the sealing water is the important components,and it’s just strength performance is vital for spiral case preloading water-filled.In this paper,in order to explore the root cause for large permanent deformation of ring for the sealing water of a large pumped storage unit,the strength analysis of ring for the sealing water is carried out by using ANSYS software.Reinforcing scheme is put forward,and demonstrates that the feasibility of the sealing ring can be used again.
