摘要
针对珠海电厂四角切圆浓淡分离燃烧器氮氧化物排放量达到325mg/m3,已经不能满足国家新的环保要求的问题,将浓淡分离燃烧器改造为M-PM低氮燃烧器,并对M-PM燃烧器降低氮氧化物的过程及解决炉膛烟温偏差进行了分析。改造后到达了预期的效果。
With the domestic environmental requirements more stringent,and now the Zhuhai power station four corner tangential separating nitrogen oxide emissions combustor volume is 325mg/m3,has been unable to meet the requirements of environmental protection,need to use low nitrogen new combustion technology to further reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides.Therefore,the Zhuhai power station will bias burner is separated into M-PM low NOxburner,and the M-PM burner to reduce NOxprocess and solve the furnace flue gas temperature deviation are analyzed.After the transformation to achieve the desired effect.
