快速转型期的中国社会在经济结构、社会结构、利益格局、思想观念等方面都发生了深刻变化,在许多领域存在着公平正义缺失的现象。要实现中国社会的公平正义,必须大力发展社会生产力,为实现公平正义奠定物质基础;加强收入分配、社会保障、民主权利、立法司法等方面的制度建设,为实现公平正义提供根本保证;加强思想道德建设,为实现公平正义提供精神动力。

Profound changes have taken place in the economic structure, social structure and interests pattern as ideological con- cept in the rapid transition of Chinese society. There exist the lack of fairness and justice of the phenomenon in many fields. To realize China social fairness and justice, we must vigorously develop social productive forces, in order to realize fairness and justice to lay the material foundation ; enhance income distribution, social security, democracy power, legislation, judicial and other aspects of system construction in order to realize fairness and justice provides the fundamental guarantee; Strengthen ideological and moral construction, provide spiritual motivation to achieve fairness and justice.
